Dance To Bond

Dance to Bond is a free, family-centered movement workshop series that brings children and their caregivers together through dance, play, and creative expression.

For children ages 4–12, the program creates opportunities for families to strengthen their relationships, build trust, and create meaningful memories through shared movement experiences. All caregivers, including parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and guardians, are welcome into the dance space alongside the children in their lives.

First launched in 2022 at Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center, Dance to Bond was developed by Maribel Flores in collaboration with The Paige Fraser Foundation, of course, we’re continuing it through Missy Project.

When families move together, they grow together.

Join us for the 4th Annual Dance to Bond, a joyful movement experience designed to help parents, caregivers, and children connect through dance.

Each Wednesday, families will come together for guided movement, music, creative play, and bonding activities that make space for joy, confidence, and connection. Dance to Bond is not about perfect steps. It is about being present, moving together, and creating memories with your child.

This year’s Dance to Bond sessions will take place on Wednesdays from July 8 through August 12, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

No dance experience is needed. Parents, caregivers, and children of all movement levels are welcome.
