Listen and learn, here.
Missy Project is a dance company rooted in healing, community, and cultural celebration. We bring together trained dancers and first-timers across New York City to co-create choreography that honors their bodies, stories, and lived experiences.
Founded on the Choreographic Healing Framework—a method that blends structured dance training with trauma-informed practice and improvisation—we don't teach routines. We create together.
❋ Rooted in Culture❋ Built for Community❋ Movement as Medicine❋ Co-Creation over Conformity
"Dance saved my life. Now I create space for it to do the same for you."
