5th Annual Dance to Bond
Dance to Bond is a joyful movement and bonding experience created for parents, caregivers, and children to connect through dance, music, and creative play.
Now in its 4th year, Dance to Bond gives families a supportive space to move together, laugh together, and build meaningful memories through guided movement activities. This is not a performance-based dance class. No dance experience is required, and there are no perfect steps to learn. The focus is connection, confidence, presence, and joy.
Families will participate in movement games, rhythm-based activities, creative expression, and simple dance exercises designed to help children and their caregivers bond in a fun and welcoming environment.
The 4th Annual Dance to Bond will take place at Mind-Builders in the Bronx on Wednesdays from July 8 through August 12, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Parents, caregivers, and children of all movement levels are welcome. Come ready to move, connect, and enjoy time together.
